In the final 14 days before any election, Civicore shifts into a heightened-integrity mode: read-only flags on sensitive communications, escalation pathways to IEBC liaisons where appropriate, no algorithmic amplification, and a full audit export available to platform owners on demand.

Every flagged post is reviewed by a human within four hours, not by an algorithm alone.

The Aspirant peace pledge
What we ask of every person who joins.
Every aspirant who joins Civicore co-signs a short public pledge. It appears on their profile. Voters see it. The press sees it. History will see it.
- I will campaign in good faith, with respect for my opponents.
- I will reject hate speech, incitement, and misinformation on every channel I control.
- I will honour the platform's election-week protocol without exception.
- I will respond to verified misuse on my account with corrective action within 48 hours.
- I will accept the lawful outcome of the election.

We are coordinating with civic organisations, election-observation groups, and democracy researchers. Confirmed co-signatories will be listed on this page before the next election cycle. We will not list anyone without their explicit, written agreement.
