Registration

Volunteers join Civicore through a short, phone-verified registration flow.

What you provide

• Full name
• Phone (Kenyan, verified by OTP)
• Optional email
• Ward (auto-detected by phone region or manually selected)
• Skills (tagged — communications, logistics, transport, IT, legal, etc.)
• Availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends)

What happens next

Once registered, your profile is visible to coordinators of campaigns operating in your selected ward. They may invite you to specific assignments. You can accept or decline each one.

Activity logging

Once assigned, you can log activity directly in Civicore — hours worked, tasks completed, and events attended. Your coordinator sees this in their dashboard.
