Judiciary: what Civicore is — and is not.
Kenya's courts hear presidential, gubernatorial, parliamentary, and county assembly petitions. Civicore is campaign software with an audit posture — not an electoral court.
Election petitions and related disputes are heard by the courts.
If a result is contested, the petition process is judicial. Civicore will not publish unofficial tallies or host petition filings.
Platform audit logs exist so operators can account for their own campaigns. They do not substitute court records.
We stay out of adjudication so we can stay useful as infrastructure.
Civicore is not part of the Judiciary and does not hear or host election petitions.
Civicore is independent civic-tech. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the IEBC, the ORPP, Parliament, County Assemblies, the PPDT, or the Judiciary. Geography on this site is IEBC-aware so campaigns can organise on official units.
