A Member of County Assembly represents one ward. This is the closest elected office to most Kenyans: county law, county money, and oversight of the Governor's team.

How an MCA campaign is organised.
Most Kenyan campaigns still treat MCA races as informal. Civicore names the ward, places it inside its constituency and county, and gives the aspirant a public profile and a small team workspace.
