County Assemblies: what Civicore is — and is not.
County Assemblies are elected ward by ward. Civicore names those wards inside their constituencies and counties so MCA campaigns can run on official geography.
Each of the 47 counties has a County Assembly of ward-elected MCAs.
There are 1,448 MCA wards. Creating a thin page for every ward would not help voters or campaigns. Civicore lists wards on each constituency page and gives MCA aspirants a ward-scoped workspace in the product.
County assembly procedure, speaker's rulings, and official MCA rolls are not Civicore functions.
Open a county, then a constituency, to see the wards that elect MCAs there.
Civicore is not a County Assembly system. It is campaign infrastructure for MCA aspirants and their parties.
Civicore is independent civic-tech. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the IEBC, the ORPP, Parliament, County Assemblies, the PPDT, or the Judiciary. Geography on this site is IEBC-aware so campaigns can organise on official units.
